I hadn't made a reservation but the friendly, efficient staff quickly sorted out a room for me which contained the best shower i have ever experienced.
There was a problem with the curtain in my bedroom and i was immediately offered a change of room. The dinner was exellent, accompanied by gentle jazz which is a customary there on Friday nights. I really enjoyed my stay.
